I can't log in!
You need a kerberos login ID and a password in order to use this site. All staff and faculty should already have a login ID and password (it is the same one you use to access your email). If you can't remember your login ID and password, check with Computing Accounts.
I don't know which type of parking to reserve!
Reserved parking is usually given for small events, where permits are more common for large events. If the parking lot you are using is usually extremely busy, then you will want to reserve parking spaces. However, if the lot usually has spaces available, then permits will probably be the best way to go. Also, if the expected turnout is well known, then it would be a good idea to reserve parking spaces. On the other hand, if you do not know how many people are going to show up, then it would be better to get parking permits, because you can return the ones you don't use. As a general rule, you can follow this chart:
|Number of People||Type of Parking|
|1 - 20||Reserved Spaces|
|50 and up||Parking Permits|
|20 - 50||Depends on the availability of parking in your desired lot at the time of your event. Also depends on whether or not the expected turnout is well known.|
Why can't I cancel my order?
You need to cancel your order at least three working days in advance. If it is three working days before your event and it will still not let you cancel, you can email the Special Events Coordinator and hope that we receive the cancellation in time. If not, then you will be billed.
